1. Acceptance

By using AI Chat Pak you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Keep your credentials secret.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or sexual content involving minors.
• No attempts to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• No use of outputs to deceive (e.g. impersonation, misinformation, fake reviews).

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. AI outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, or financial decisions. You are responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months.
